You write it.A handful of plain questions. Where you are, what is wearing you down, what you want this career to give you. Twenty minutes, honestly spent, is enough.

I read it.Myself, not a team. You hear back from me either way, usually within two days.

If the fit is right, you begin.You are invited to your place in the cycle, and you receive everything you need to start.

If it is not the right fit, I will tell you, and I will tell you why.

What I am reading for

There is no perfect application.

I am not reading for polish, a following, or years of experience. I am reading for three things:

You came from corporate, and you already know good teaching was never your problem.

You can feel the model is the problem, not you.

You are done trading one extreme for the other, and ready to build the sustainable middle.
